Relating to corporate excise tax rates; prescribing an effective date. [HB-2385]
Reduces corporate excise tax rates for taxpayer that increases average monthly employment for tax year from immediately preceding tax year. Applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2018. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
