The purpose of this bill is to prohibit elected officials to any state of local office, from appointing any family member to any West Virginia state or local office. Defining "family member" as wife, ex-wife, father, mother, son, daughter, grandchild, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, niece, or nephew; and designating this amendment as the "Say No to Good Old Boy Governance"
