As introduced, reduces the amount of state-mandated assessments for students in grades three through 12; reduces the required amount of evaluations for teachers or principals who are "at expectations" or above; requires the state board of education to promulgate rules to create the hours equivalent of the 180-day requirement for classroom instruction; makes various other education-related changes. - Amends TCA Title 8 and Title 49.

As introduced, creates the offense of knowingly engaging in conduct that places a child in imminent danger of death, bodily injury, or physical or mental impairment by possessing any amount of fentanyl, carfentanil, remifentanil, alfentanil, or thiafentanil in the presence of the child; punishes the offense as a Class E felony if the child is over eight years of age and as a Class B felony if the child is eight years of age or less. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 39 and Title 40.

As introduced, deletes the definition of "blighted area" and defines "blighted property" for purposes of condemnation by housing authorities; clarifies that housing authorities may acquire real property without using eminent domain; authorizes housing authorities to pay more than fair market value for properties that are not blighted but that are in a blighted area; makes other related changes. - Amends TCA Title 13, Chapter 20; Title 13, Chapter 21 and Title 29, Chapter 17.
