Merrill's Marauders Congressional Gold Medal Act [S.743]
Directs Congress to award a Congressional Gold Medal to the 5307th Composite Unit (Provisional), commonly known as Merrill's Marauders, in recognition of their bravery and outstanding service in the jungles of Burma (Myanmar) during World War II. Following its award, the gold medal shall be given to the Smithsonian Institution, where it shall be displayed and made available for research.

CO ALERTS Act of 2019 Carbon Monoxide Alarms Leading Every Resident To Safety Act of 2019 [S.2160]
Requires the installation of carbon monoxide detectors in each unit of specified federally assisted housing, in accordance with certain standards. Specifically, the requirement applies to (1) supportive housing for the elderly and for persons with disabilities, (2) public housing, (3) rental housing for which the owner receives low-income voucher assistance, and (4) certain rural housing. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) must provide guidance to public housing agencies on how to educate tenants on health hazards in the home.

Directs various departments to assess whether political developments in Hong Kong justify changing Hong Kong's unique treatment under U.S. law. Libya Stabilization Act [S.2934]
Provides for sanctions and aid related to the conflict in Libya. The bill provides statutory authority for an April 19, 2016, executive order imposing property- and visa-blocking sanctions on persons contributing to the violence in Libya.
