SB-686: As enacted, extends the termination date for the special joint legislative study committee to consider, evaluate and make recommendations regarding improvements to the Tennessee wildlife resources agency from June 13, 2009, to March 31, 2010; authorizes restaurants in this state to advertise, possess, sell, offer for sale or give away fully cooked crappie or walleye for consumption on the premises of such restaurant, if the crappie or walleye is not harvested from the waters of this state and if appropriate documentation is maintained on the premises of the restaurant exhibiting the location of origin of any such crappie and walleye.
