Protecting Seniors' Access to Medicare Act of 2017 This bill amends the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) to terminate the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB). Under PPACA, the IPAB is tasked with developing proposals to reduce the per capita rate of growth in Medicare spending.

Furthering Access to Stroke Telemedicine Act This bill amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to specify that certain siting requirements applicable under the Medicare program shall not apply to telehealth services that are furnished after 2017 for purposes of evaluating an acute stroke.
