As introduced, requires that proceeds from the sale of timber harvested or caused to be harvested by the wildlife resources agency from wildlife management areas be deposited in the general fund; limits the amount of timber to be harvested by the agency from wildlife management areas. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 11, Chapter 4; Title 67; Title 69, Chapter 9 and Title 70.
