About SB-1385

Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to provide administrative support to the Kaneohe Bay regional council. Requires that the chairperson be selected by the members on an annual and rotating basis. Requires the council to meet quarterly. Appropriates moneys to the Department for a 0.5 FTE staff position to assist the council during meetings. Effective 12/31/2050. (SD2)
