As introduced, extends the period in which the fire marshal is required to provide a decision on an appeal regarding building or fire codes involving a county building located in a city when there is a conflict between city and county from 10 working days to 15 calendar days. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 102 and Title 68, Chapter 120.
