This bill aims to allow emergency medical services personnel to provide emergency medical treatment to injured K-9 police animals at the scene of an emergency without needing a veterinary license. It also provides limited immunity from prosecution for such personnel as long as they act in good faith when providing emergency medical treatment to these animals.
