Explanation of Bill:
This bill is proposing an exception to reporting requirements for healthcare providers who are reviewing cases for the Texas Maternal Mortality and Morbidity Review Committee. Basically, if a healthcare provider learns about something in a case that they would normally have to report, they do not have to report it for the purposes of this review.
