Requiring a notary public to provide certain reasonable accommodations to individuals with a physical disability that limits the individual's ability to sign a record without assistance, including specifying that a notary public shall notarize the signature of an individual who is blind after the notary public reads the entire record to that individual and the individual assents to the notarization after the reading.

Motor Vehicles - Driving Records - Disclosure of Medical Diagnosis (Safeguarding American Families Everywhere Act) [HB-727]
Authorizing an applicant for a driver's license or a license holder to voluntarily disclose to the Motor Vehicle Administration certain information regarding certain medical diagnoses; requiring the Administration to include a description of the voluntary disclosure in the applicant's or license holder's driving record; and providing that the voluntary disclosure may be removed from an individual's driver's record on request.
