Relating to land sales by Auditor [SB-683]
The purpose of this bill is to create a more consistent process when handling the sale of tax liens and nonentered, escheated and waste and unappropriated lands by providing all lands subject to sale under this article be certified before July 1; providing all land sales be completed within 150 days after the auditor has certified the lands; and clarifying payment shall be made to the sheriff of the county in which the property is situated.

Relating to the Constitutional Office Fleet Management Act [HB-2981]
The purpose of this bill is to give the constitutional offices of Secretary of State, Auditor, Treasurer, Attorney General, and Commissioner of Agriculture an opt-out exemption from the fleet management division. Such offices will still be required to follow the regulations as laid out in this law.
