About SB-2284

As enacted, requires a person seeking to qualify for election to the office of county clerk to be a qualified voter of the county and a resident of the county for one year prior to the date of the qualifying deadline for running as a candidate for county clerk. - Amends TCA Title 18, Chapter 6.
