As enacted, requires that proprietary information submitted by commercial operators to the department of environment and conservation regarding the operators' commercial or financial information be treated as confidential and not be open for inspection by members of the public; effective until July 1, 2027. - Amends TCA Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 5.
