Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration, in consultation with the Maryland Commission on African American History and Culture, to design and issue a Maryland Heroes registration plate that features the images of Harriet Tubman and Frederick Douglass; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to charge certain additional registration fees related to the issuance and renewal of the Maryland Heroes registration plate and to distribute the additional registration fees in a certain manner; etc.
