Requiring a public institution of higher education upon gaining knowledge of an act of discriminatory harassment in the institution to take immediate action to eliminate the act of discriminatory harassment and address the effects of discriminatory harassment; providing that a public institution of higher education that is deliberately indifferent to a known act of discriminatory harassment is a certain violation; establishing a 1 year time limitation during which certain actions may be brought; etc.
