About HB-1479

Authorizing Prince George's County to enact a local law establishing an abandoned property registry for specified property located in the county; requiring the local law to require a creditor owner to register specified abandoned residential property, to pay a specified registration fee, to be responsible for the maintenance and security of the abandoned property, and to provide the county with specified information on the property; requiring the county to set up a fund for the deposit of registration fees for specified uses; etc.
