As introduced, specifies that the report of a warden or chief administrative officer employed by a penal institution of the commission of certain offenses that occurred within the penal institution to the district attorney general for the judicial district in which the penal institution is located and the district attorney general who prosecuted the offense for which the offender is incarcerated must be in writing. - Amends TCA Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 5; Title 36; Title 37; Title 38; Title 39; Title 40 and Title 53.
