Veterans' Worker Retraining Act of 2009 - Increases the amount of educational assistance payments made by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to individuals pursuing an apprenticeship or on-job training under:
- (1) the Montgomery GI Bill educational assistance program;
- (2) the Post-Vietnam Era Veterans educational assistance program;
- (3) the Survivors and Dependents educational assistance program; and
- (4) the Selected Reserve Montgomery GI Bill educational assistance program.
