A bill to amend 1945 PA 302, entitled

"An act authorizing the governor to proclaim a state of emergency, and to prescribe the powers and duties of the governor with respect thereto; and to prescribe penalties,"

by amending section 3 (MCL 10.33).

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 3. The violation of any such orders, rules, and or regulations made in conformity with this act shall be punishable as a misdemeanor or a state civil infraction, where such that order, rule, or regulation states that the violation thereof of that order, rule, or regulation shall constitute a misdemeanor or state civil infraction. An individual who is responsible for a state civil infraction under this section may be ordered to pay a civil fine of not more than $250.00. A person other than an individual who is responsible for a state civil infraction under this section may be ordered to pay a civil fine of not more than $5,000.00.
