AN ACT to repeal subdivision 9 of section 8-400 of the election law, in relation to absentee voting in primary elections for certain party positions

The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows:

1 Section 1. Subdivision 9 of section 8-400 of the election law is 2 REPEALED. 3 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
