by amending section 365 (MCL 18.1365), as added by 2019 PA 160.
the people of the state of michigan enact:
Sec. 365. The Beginning July 1, 2021, the legislature shall pass and present general appropriation bills for the upcoming fiscal year to the governor on or before July 1.
