     Repeals law regulating charges assessed by a miller for grinding grain.

An Act concerning millers of grain and repealing R.S.45:20-1 through R.S.45:20-3.

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

1.      R.S.45:20-1 through R.S.45:20-3 are repealed.

 

     2.  This act shall take effect immediately.

 

 

STATEMENT

 

     This bill would repeal R.S.45:20-1 through R.S.45:20-3, an archaic and anachronistic law dating back to at least 1877 that regulated charges that a miller could assess for grinding grain.
