A bill to amend 1939 PA 280, entitled
"The social welfare act,"
by amending section 87 (MCL 400.87).
the people of the state of michigan enact:
Sec. 87. The provisions of this act shall not be construed to do not repeal or supersede the provisions of Act No. 214 of the Public Acts of 1899, as amended, being sections 35.21 to 35.27 of the Compiled Laws of 1948.1899 PA 214, MCL 35.21 to 35.30.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 6043 (request no. 02209'19) of the 100th Legislature is enacted into law.
