      A bill to amend 1979 PA 152, entitled

 

"State license fee act,"

 

(MCL 338.2201 to 338.2277) by adding section 35.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

 1        Sec. 35. Fees for a person licensed or seeking licensure as an

 

 2  adult entertainment business under article 14B of the occupational

 

 3  code, MCL 339.1471 to 339.1487, are as follows:

    (a) Application processing fee................. $ 2,000.00.

 5

    (b) License fee, per year...................... $   500.00.

 

 

 6        Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

 7  after the date it is enacted into law.

 

 8        Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect

 

 9  unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 5972 (request no.

 

 1  04795'17) of the 99th Legislature is enacted into law.
