88R7418 PRL-D     By: Hull H.B. No. 1926       A BILL TO BE ENTITLED   AN ACT   relating to the expiration date of the supplemental special   education services program.          BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:          SECTION 1.  Section 29.050, Education Code, is repealed.          SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2023.
