MAXIMUM.
The
department
of
human
services
shall

eliminate
the
monthly
budget
maximum
or
cap
for
individuals

eligible
for
the
Medicaid
home
and
community-based
services

elderly
waiver.
The
department
shall
track
the
average
amount
5
expended
per
waiver
recipient
each
fiscal
year
beginning
July

1,
2020,
and
shall
report
the
information
annually
to
the
7
governor
and
the
general
assembly
by
October
1.

inclusion

this

does

bill
requires
the
department
of
human
services
