Letters to 13 State Attorneys General to Consider Investigating and Prosecuting CDC Officials for Reckless Endangerment or Similar Crimes
Attorney Edward A. Berkovich recently sent letters to the attorneys general for Wyoming, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Kansas, Texas, Indiana, Alaska, Alabama, Arizona, Tennessee, Montana, Florida, and Utah, encouraging them to consider state-level action to investigate and prosecute Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) officials for reckless endangerment or similar state crimes for CDC’s three-month delay in reporting the first statistically significant signal of myocarditis incidence following mRNA COVID-19 vaccination.

Very interesting news. These the evil ones giving the Covid 19 effective I allege (death Jab injections) need to be tried for Effective . Then when.found guilty of causing Myocarditis and death in any of the people they injected with the poisonous Covid 19 materials causing the patients deaths. these same doctors or nurses need to be hanged by their necks until they too are dead..
Well done and thank you.
Will you be following up with an explanation of why these 13 AGs? And what about other states? What about Minnesota?
Hi Faye. Here’s how I chose recipients. When I read the article cited in my letters, reckless endangerment came to mind, so I sent a letter to my home state of Utah’s AG. I also sent one to Florida’s AG because I thought she might be inclined to act. Then, when read the Section 553(e) petition referred to in my letter, I went down the list of signing AGs (thinking they might be inclined to act), read their state statutes for reckless endangerment of similar, and for the states having a statute that fit, I sent them a letter, except for the two state AGs to whom I had already sent a letter. That’s my best memory anyway. Thanks for your interest. Ed.
