Breeauna Sagdal: Hello everyone! Hello and welcome to our first session of Q and A with Dr. Naomi Wolf. I am Breeauna Sagdal and the editor of Daily Clout. And I’m joined today with my colleague, Craig Klein, the Chief Strategy Officer for Daily Clout. 

Craig Klein: Hey everybody.

Breeauna Sagdal: Yes, hello Craig.

And without further ado, Dr. Naomi Wolf. Thank you so much for joining us, everyone.

Dr. Naomi Wolf: Thank you so much. Should I hop on right into the day’s events?

Craig Klein: Well, let’s go over the agenda. 

Breeauna Sagdal: Let’s go over the agenda first. So today we’re going to be covering vaccine passports and mandates. We are going to be sharing with you our Five Freedoms Campaign and the successes that we’ve had with that campaign as well as future plans and what’s happening on the state and federal side.

We’re also going to be covering campaigns for human rights and constitutional liberties. Please feel free to ask your questions in the chat box. Hello, Michael. Thank you so much.

Craig Klein: No, we’re ready for Naomi to take off. I’ll just mention real quickly, everybody make sure as we go type your questions into the chat, and then we’re going to get to, we’re going to try and carve out as much time as we can do to have Naomi address your question specifically.

Dr. Naomi Wolf: All right. Am I ready to go? Can I jump on in now? 

Craig Klein: Take it away.

Dr. Naomi Wolf: Fabulous. So thank you, Breeauna. Thank you, Craig. And a huge thank you – I just want to welcome our whole community out there across the country, maybe around the world, certainly when it’s posted. This is a really, really big milestone for us. And I’m personally thrilled to be talking to you. I feel like we’ve been on this journey together. Many of you for years, you know, with me and with Daily Clout and now we have really kind of grown exponentially in the last year because of you. 

So this is your town hall, effectively. It’s your gathering place. 

We’re going to be doing this regularly. People have said to us, we want to be in touch with you all, but we also want to be in touch with each other, other like-minded people. So this is our absolutely first milestone of convening everyone in person, as much as you can convene in person, from around the world: Miami, Ossining, Texas, (so exciting!) LA, Colorado, Florida.

I’m just absolutely thrilled. So I’m going to jump on in. And we’ll have lots of time for you and me to have a Q and A at the end of my sort of half hour presentation here. 

So what I want to do, because so many of you have been concerned, as you should be, about vaccine passports and mandates, right? And that’s one of the biggest things we’re working on with Daily Clout right now, directed by you with your support. One of the biggest things you all are supporting were driven by you and your agenda. So, you know, that’s your achievement. 

I just want to say that over the last six months, Daily Clout and YOU, really I can’t stress this enough, have been instrumental in stopping vaccine passports and raising barriers to unconstitutional vaccine mandates in 29 states. 

In 29 states, you’ve taken our model bills or supported other good bills in your states. And you’ve done what we taught you to do. Which is, you took these model bills and you sent them to your elected officials and you sent powerful letters, and you called them, and you emailed them. And I have to say, I’ve never seen anything like this in 35 years in political life.

The message got heard loud and clear. 

When we started, people opposing the mandates, it was a marginal, largely silenced group, easily dismissed. Now you’ve shown that you’re a powerful, organized force. And the other beautiful thing I want to say, you know, taking a little bit of, kind of a moment of celebration of what we’ve accomplished. With Daily Clout, it’s exactly how I dreamed of it 10 years ago, you know, coming to fruition. 

We’ve also shown that this two-step motion, right? Of not only you sending those emails, which people do all the time, but it’s easy for elected officials to ignore that. But also the scrutiny that we constantly place, the public exposure, the blogs, the videos, and Breeauna has been so good about that. You know, and helping us amplify those messages. That has really done a great deal because now elected officials, if they don’t get back to you, we post your letter on our website with their name. And everyone knows they didn’t get back to you. That never happened before. And we’ve got 240,000 followers on all of our platforms. So it’s very public. 

By the same token, the good legislators of the state level who are working hard. They were working in isolation. But with local newspapers gutted, or they’re closed down or bought up by big tech and dismantled, no one’s covering state houses anymore. Practically.

So we’ve been interviewing the legislators and even going. I was just in New Hampshire. I was in Michigan. I was in Oregon. And filming these testimonials by citizens, interviewing them about their good bills, showcasing the bad bills, saying who the bad bill makers are, and that’s had an effect, right?

Because again, this was all being done in darkness under cover of darkness. So you really have made a huge difference as people who love your country and love constitutional freedoms by picking up the labor and the hard work of being an active citizen. And we all want to thank you for that.

All right, let’s go on to our next slide and I can give you more details. And if you’ll show me the next slide, I can keep going. I don’t see it, Craig. 

Breeauna Sagdal: We have some great questions already. If you want to tackle those as Craig is bringing up some sides. 

Craig Klein: It’s not showing my screen. Sorry guys, let me turn that back on. 

Dr. Naomi Wolf: Don’t worry about that. I know exactly what I want to say. So I will get to these questions, and here we are. But before we go on to the next slide, which is the Five Freedoms slide, I do want to tell you that in addition to these 29 states where the legislation has been passed to basically say these federal mandates are not going to be enforced here, you can’t do it.

I also really want to talk about recent court decisions. And actually, I’m behind the curve. It’s actually 33 states that have submitted or passed policies to protect bodily autonomy. And we’ve got 46 state legislatures that are moving bills along to do that. So this is incredible momentum. This is a national movement. 

And what Craig is going to show you if he would, is that we’ve really innovated and you really helped us, because we hired a lawyer to draft a model bill to protect your body from these vaccine passports. And you can go to Daily Clout and you can download these model bills. There are five of them, plus an Omnibus Bill. And this is the Five Freedoms Campaign that we launched about six months ago. And it’s: No Vaccine Passports, No Mask Mandates, Open Schools Now, Freedom of Assembly, and End Emergency law. 

And I’m glad to say that since we started this campaign, many kids are in school, they’re still masked, but there’s a fight to unmask them. State vaccine passports have not been rolled out in the United States at a federal level successfully yet, the way they have been in Italy, and in Israel, and in Austria, and in Australia, and in countries around the world. 

Yes, Roxanne, I will get to that. Governor Baker of Massachusetts announced yesterday that 15 to 20 states are planning to issue vaccine passports very soon. I have heard that, and it’s like, we’re in a war, right? And the more effective we are, the more they come over the top. 

So you know, yes, I woke up to that yesterday, I believe, and I was very depressed. But this is an active battle and we’ve shown that we can stop this. It’s basically now the country’s 50/50 where Blue States are racing ahead to lock down vaccine passports and Red States are pretty effectively uniting as they united their attorneys general to stop the worst of it. But it’s a fight, and thank God for our founders because they gave us this beautiful federal and state system where the states have rights.

And we’ll get to that because the state’s rights were central to the court decisions around vaccine passports. I’m sorry, the court decisions recently to stop Biden’s vaccine mandate from being enforced, for now. A stay.

All right, so let’s move ahead. That’s the Five Freedoms Campaign to the next slide. So many good questions, can you save that question from Carmella about why liberals? Yeah, that’s a really good one. I’ll definitely get to that, Carmella.

And let’s see, Epic says he was waiting for this, but can’t use the Brave browser. The room needs us to use a tracking browser, huh? Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge Safari. That is a good point. And Craig, our Craig, is a leader in the kind of surveillance-free tech space. So we’ll look at that for future webinars and make sure that we can, if possible, do it on a tracking-free browser.

All right. So we’ve also together and this is you guys, really, I want to credit you. We could not have done this alone. We did a bunch of showcasing of issues around protecting human rights and constitutional liberties and gave people practical tools to fight for their rights at a time when there’s tyranny cracking down around the world. I think we all see that pretty clearly. 

One of the things we’ve been involved with is there’s a lot of people are concerned that parents are being targeted or framed under the aegis of domestic terrorists when they speak up for their kids at school board meetings. So we’ve shown a light on an FBI whistleblower around that issue. We’ve got another up F against coercion in private schools. And you can look at our blog for that. And if you’re concerned about parents’ rights, which is turning out to be one of the centers of contestation. 

There’s a little bit of an echoey-ness. So can you guys, if you guys could mute and see if that helps. I appreciate it. 

Parents’ rights and Education is one of our sponsor partners. They’re doing a sponsored campaign and we really wanted to work with them because they have resources for all, a lot of states, not all 50 states, for parents to protect their rights in having a say with what goes on in the kids’ classroom. The kids’ classrooms, whether it’s mask mandates or not letting parents in the building unless they’re vaccinated, which I’ve heard of; or an armed guard, armed police at parent teacher meetings, which I’m about to witness on December 7th. It’s right here in my own neighborhood. 

Parents’ rights are turning into a hugely contested area and there’s a lot of indoctrination of kids going on. I personally, as a stepmother and very concerned about this forced masking. I’m seeing a change in kids. But under normal conditions, a local parents’ group would say to the school board, we don’t want masks on our kids or, you know, we do, or whatever their decision is, and that school board represents them and would be responsive.

But what, right now, what we’re seeing is outside influences on school boards, kind of using our kids as political pawns, and a lot of people are upset about that. So if you are, you should go to Parents’ Rights in Education and sign up and see what you can do in your state to help with that.

Let’s move on to the next slide. Please.

All right, so now we can go to the chat. But I do want to ask before we do. Well, I want to summarize and say the big picture is, again with the Five Freedoms, bause that’s my biggest focus and our biggest focus has a community, it seems to me. And it’s transpartisan right? Daily Clout is not a partisan platform. 

What we have right now, a lot of you know, if you follow the few news outlets that are covering it, if you don’t, you might not know this, because there’s real media blackout, but around the world this medical crisis if you do the numbers correctly, it’s no longer a crisis.

We can talk about that, but you know, this “medical emergency of the COVID-19” is being used as a pretext, as many real emergencies have been in the past. I wrote about how terrorism was used in the same way in my book, “The End of America” as a pretext to strip us globally of our liberties. That is just happening, I don’t think anyone can dispute it anymore. 

Australians are being taken to quarantine camps against their will. You know, they’re being fined or beaten if they step outside their homes in some cases. In Austria, there’s a lockdown being threatened against unvaccinated people. Lockdowns are threatened against both groups in Austria with again, fines if you step outside your door. In this morning’s newspaper here in America, you see how they keep trying to slide it in, even though we have protections in the US that are not as explicit in Europe as it turns out.

The Biden administration just announced that they’re going to enforce a seven day quarantine, whether you’re vaccinated or not; positive PCR test or no positive PCR test, when you arrive in this country. And they’re gonna enforce that with fines. And this is just really scary. You might think, “Oh well. Okay, I can live with that,” but this is a camel’s nose under the tent kind of thing. 

Once you agree that we don’t have freedom of assembly or we give up our fourth amendment rights to privacy and that the government can kind of lock you up for seven days against your will, or inject you against your will, then as we’ve seen from China and from tyrannies around the world, there is nothing the government won’t do.

They will keep you at home for months. They’ll keep you home for six months. They’ll keep you from getting on trains, as they do with the unvaccinated in France. They’ll keep you from, you know, going to the supermarket, as they do with the unvaccinated in Israel. And it is a terrifying set of events.

I’m a Democrat, right? Or, well, I’m an independent now, but I voted for this administration. So I say this just as a citizen of this country that I love. It’s time to rise above partisanship. Whether you voted for this team or not, it doesn’t matter because around the world conservatives in Britain, liberals in Canada, conservatives in Australia – people across the political divide are behaving in exactly the same ways. It’s a global script, clearly, to shut down our liberties. Globally, you know, and I can talk more about that in the Q and A if you like. 

But the bottom line is, we at Daily Clout with your help have been fighting the only way there is to fight – peacefully at this point. And that is, as I said, through state by state legislation and that’s been effective.

However, I want you to know that there have been really important court cases, court decisions recently. In the United States, thank God for our three part checks and balances that the founders set up. In which if the executive is out of control, the legislature reigns that person in. And if the executive and legislature are out of control, the courts rein those people in. So that’s what we’re seeing now. 

The courts in Louisiana, there was just another ruling today. And a judge in Missouri, all of them have pressed pause on the vaccine mandates. And they’ve done it for beautiful reasons. And this is where Daily Clout is so exciting, because we read the actual decisions. And we read the laws and we explain them to you.

But each of these judges’ decisions, they would make you cry if you read them and we’re going to do videos reading them. Because they’re basically saying, it’s not about the vaccines, right? It’s not about public health. They’re saying it is unconstitutional for OSHA or departments of health to go around Congress, the people, and to go around states, and it’s unconstitutional for the federal government to go around states. And that the only people who have the right to enact this kind of thing are states or our Congress. And that even all of that aside, some lawsuits are also pointing out that you can’t enact unlawful laws. So all of that aside, it’s still illegal to coerce people medically. It’s just illegal.

And so these judges are basically saying this is a terrible direction. It is not what our founders meant. It’s against the law, it’s unconstitutional. You can’t do it. 

So there’s been a stay which has protected medical workers, millions of medical workers, at least into January with this last decision. And the stay is forever. All federal workers as well, until January everything’s on hold. It could go to the Supreme court. 

But I just want to say, those decisions don’t come in a vacuum. Judges are human beings and they watch television and they go online and they have things, they go on social media – they’re people, they’re not living in a bubble. And so, for you all to have been brave enough to tell your truth and support the constitution in such numbers, it changed the culture in the last six months. I mean, it really did. 

You know, when we first started this, we were like “canaries in a coal mine,” or whatever the metaphor of like, “all alone in the darkness, he didn’t know who was out there” and now you guys have become at least a 50/50 voice. And I think polls are showing kind of a majority voice. And that is affecting, you want judges to be independent, but judges respond to changes in culture. Judges used to legislate that slavery was lawful in America; and then enough abolitionists made the case over and over that these were human beings, this was unconstitutional, it violated human rights. And over time, judges could no longer do that. Same thing with Jim Crow laws. You see this evolution in judicial decisions throughout our history. 

So I just want to say you guys really did that. You, your action: your donations, your emails to your representatives, your donations to us, I should say, your support for these measures, your being vocal. You showed love for your country and for your freedoms at a time when, no disrespect to other countries, but people were just folding and a lot of your friends and neighbors are folding. So I really just want to applaud you. 

And I think I’ve gone over everything I want to say, and it’s been almost half an hour. So now I would love to go into the Q and A. 

Craig Klein: Naomi, there’s a bunch of questions from the theme of basically, kind of feeling like you’re all on your own, like all your friends think you’re crazy and wondering about people on the left and whether they are part of this movement towards understanding that you just described. 

Dr. Naomi Wolf: Yeah, those are great questions. Let’s mention people’s names if they want. So people feel super heard. And so I think you are referring to, for instance, oh gosh, so many good questions. 

Anne said, “Do you see more Liberal/Democrats understanding they want to stop with the vaccines? That it’s about control?”

Whoa. You had a lot of specific questions like “What do we do in Washington State?” says Clayton.

Theresa says, “How do we deal with our NYS governor?” 

“Hello, Theresa I’m in New York. I agree that it is huge.” 

Aaron says, “Is it just me or does it seem like all religious exemption requests are being denied without explanation?”

Oh my God. All right. Let’s see. 

And Emily says, “We’re now homeschooling. We feel like we’re prisoners in our own city. Do you recommend that Blue State residents flee to Red States? Where is the best chance to fight for our liberties?” 

All right. So let me start with that question about liberals and feeling isolated. 

And Stephan agrees, “Are Libs/Dems, getting your message more broadly?”

My friends, I have not great news in response to this question, honestly. A terrible thing is happening on a community level on a family level in this country and around the world. I’m a many generations progressive liberal. I’ve never seen my team lose their minds like this before. And even people I love are inside of what really increasingly seems like a cult mentality. In which, and I hear this from other disaffected liberals or people who have kind of woken up to what’s happening, they agree. 

We have this moment where we say, are the people around you, your loved ones, your friends and family saying, “Don’t talk to me about this”? 

And everyone says, yes. 

And then, are saying, “Don’t send me anything”? 

And everyone says, yes. And that’s happened to me. 

It continues to happen to me with people I really love. 

And it’s weird, right? 

Educated, sophisticated people, journalists, editors, judges.  Friends of mine on the Left will say, “Don’t send me peer reviewed journal articles.” 

You know, “Don’t send me presentations by Harvey Rish of the Yale School of Medicine.”

I mean, people are just like this. And I often get this weird kind of CCP type hectoring, like “Naomi, I’m so disappointed in you.” And it’s like, we used to live in a world in which we could disagree about anything and still be friends. I don’t agree with everything my friends have ever done, but I’ve never. Never before have people I love, in my liberal friends circle felt comfortable saying, “Aren’t you ashamed of yourself for the role you’ve played in this pandemic?” I mean, that’s literally a quote. 

My husband Brian who’s a detective, watches and surfs social media more than I do because I got de-platformed from Twitter and briefly from YouTube and for a while from Facebook because of the work we’re doing here. So I don’t see a lot of the currents of popular culture on Twitter. He does report that there’s a lot more silence on the liberal side from ordinary people rather than blue checks, as opposed to cheering on the boosters. I think people are starting to just not want to talk about it because it’s so obviously weird and perverse, and messed up, and not science.

But that doesn’t mean that the spell has been broken. To me, as a journalist, the spell is broken when people stand up on the progressive side or on the conservative side and say, it doesn’t matter if we’re conservative or progressive, this is lunacy. This doesn’t match the science or we’re losing our rights. I’m not seeing that broadly. 

And on a happier note, cause we could all just kill ourselves right now and end there. Cause this is like my struggle too, you know. We have a whole new set of friends, because we can’t – I literally can’t hang out with my old friends in New York because I can’t go into a restaurant with them, because I’m not vaccinated.

And to me it’s heartbreaking that people who, and this is like a subtext of these questions, I think. People – the same community that speaks up for LGBTQ rights, and speaks up for racial justice, and speaks up for the rights of the disabled; they have no problem creating a kind of Jim Crow division in society in which I can not go into a bathroom in New York City, in a restaurant. I mean, it was literally like a Green Book Three. I was in a van full of unvaccinated people. Three of them had to, we’d been at a rally, three ladies had to use the ladies room. No one would let you, there was nowhere to go. It was like being an untouchable.

So should the people who speak up for an inclusive, just society say, “No, we’re not going to let New York City or Los Angeles be divided into privileged and unprivileged casts?” Obviously they should. 

So there’s a huge reckoning that’s going to happen when this is over. 

But in the meantime, I guess what I would say is to be happier. It’s time for realignment and to kind of face who your brothers and sisters really are.

And I’ve been saying like, I’m at the point where I don’t care what your background is. I don’t care what your education is. I don’t care what your politics are. I don’t care how you feel about abortion. I don’t care how you feel about climate change. If you stand for the constitution, you’re my brothers and sisters. That’s where I’m at.

And so it’s led us to a different social community of people who care about the constitution, first of all. I guess what I would say more happily is, a lot of people at Daily Clout have asked us, “Where are like-minded people?” As you said, Emily. A lot of people feel alone or crazy or are being gaslighted or ostracized or marginalized. So we want to create communities. We want to let those communities find each other. And that’s part of what we’re doing today. 

I did want to say in the chat, and this is something Gloria Steinem used to do whenever she spoke. She also organized.

A lot of people, Kathryn’s talked about her beloved Canadian brother, “no longer talks to me for being a misinformed, selfish, American.”

Oh my God. That’s horrible. Oh, so true. 

Michael says “Yes, Lefties unmoored from the Left largely because of the Dem establishment support of censorship.” 

They want me to turn my volume up. Oh, Kristen says “I can’t hear anything.” I’m sorry. Is that better? If I’m closer to the mic, a little louder? I’ll speak louder. 

Debra says, “I was a lifelong Democrat and became Independent this year.” 

And someone asked, “What states should you go to, is it time to flee?”

Well, Breeauna’s family fled. Our family is tempted to flee, but we can’t because of family ties. 

But what I would ask is, if you want to meet other like-minded people, put your note, put your email If you’re comfortable, in the chat. And then convene at a local Starbucks or a local coffee shop and just put it out on Daily Clout. You know, we’ll create a forum on Daily Clout for different gatherings and meetups in different cities. 

Oh, bless you, Jennifer. Jen, just put her email up. Catherine, put hers, Emily, put hers.

Then I’d also suggest without giving away too much for security. If you see what city you’re in, and then meet in a public place, that’s probably the most secure way to do it. But you might want to say – Sylvia’s in Miami. All right. So people, if you’re in Miami, contact Sylvia. And these other cities, people identify themselves in. All I ask is be safe, meet in a public place. 

Sylvia, another Sylvia, says St. Joseph, Missouri. I love you guys. Emily says Los Angeles. 

Well, this is clearly a winning of winning gesture. 

And Siri says, “There are great groups around the country. Make Americans free again” So fabulous. If you already have groups that are like-minded people, put those groups up.

Google sensors them probably. So, Health Freedom for Humanity, fantastic. You guys will follow up after with each other. And all I want to say is be aware of infiltrators, keep it positive, know that anything you say could be whatever recorded, and keep it peaceful, keep it positive. And you’ll find a lot of support with each other. That’s wonderful. 

All right, let’s go onto another. Oh, this is so great people. Oh, Deb Koval in North Hampton. I need you in North Hampton, Deb. Kim, in Carlsbad. This is so awesome. I love it. 

Yeah, it’s made a huge difference to me to have community and it’s been, it’s been hard to do. And literally in some cities, like in LA, people are going to have to almost have secret gatherings. Or gather outside, or gather in a church because there’s such suppression of assembly. 

All right. Let’s pick up another question. What’s another one you want me to address, Craig, from what you’re seeing in the chat?

Breeauna Sagdal: Well, we’ve got William (if I may) asks and actually I think that’s West, he was one of our correspondents from Hollywood. West says, “How did so many people from a generation of LGBTQ people who survived HIV/AIDS crisis conclude that medical segregation is moral or effective?” 

Dr. Naomi Wolf: William. This is such a profound, important question.

I think about this all the time. I was present and alive during the HIV/AIDS crisis. And it’s so dramatic how differently it was handled because of grassroots activism. At first people like Dr. Fauchi want and we’re encouraging segregation of people who are HIV positive and encouraging people – anyone as old as I am remembers the language that was used.

Like “These are untouchables,” “You can get it from being around them,” “Don’t kiss them. Don’t, don’t hug them.” And there was this like divisiveness and “Oh, don’t let them have sex with anyone. Let’s have a registry of HIV-positive people.” Exactly the same language. But rightly, HIV activists like my mentor, Larry Kramer, resisted this and America kind of woke up because of this activism eventually, and the medical establishment followed. And so we didn’t segregate people who were HIV positive, and we left it to people to handle their own health decisions and even to handle their own level of risk.

I mean, I was, I’m just going to say it – I was sexually active in the early eighties and everyone was making these decisions all the time, for themselves. And it doesn’t mean everyone always made the safest decision, but that community survived with their rights intact. And America – more important, America survived. It would have been so easy to use the HIV crisis as a pretext to create an ostracism society like we’re seeing now. 

So, first I’m just validating that the disconnect you’re seeing historically is so real. But in terms of how are they going along with this? That is kind of a mystery to me.

I mean, it’s my people. It’s the same people who are supposed to be all about inclusiveness and equality. I would just say, I guess, trying to remember or empathize with my tribe, that they’ve been so heavily brainwashed with the idea that it’s morally right to ostracize the unvaccinated.

Right? And that it’s morally right to reject them and to lecture them and to hector them. And that people who gather are harming others. Loved ones I know will say, “Mom, put on a mask,” “Put on a mask, Naomi.” And we’re outside, and I know the science, and I’m not harming anyone.

The messaging is, even if it’s just theater, you should do the theater to show that you are a conscientious, considerate person. “Be kind” is the messaging. So there’s a lot of… I mean, this is why discourse is so important. There’s so much messaging that you’re being nice by distancing. You’re being a good parent by masking your child. You’re being conscientious by ostracizing the unvaccinated. That’s why our discourse of reasonable people – there’s a lot of stereotyping of people who hold freedom-oriented views that they’re all Trump voters, or they’re all racist, or they’re all homophobes. Right? 

And that’s certainly not true across the board. Lots of thoughtful people like freedom. Lots of egalitarian people like freedom. It should go along with being egalitarian. But I guess all I can say in response to your very good question, in addition to what I said about the history being mind blowing, is the amount of propaganda is overwhelming. 

So all the more reason for us to keep talking and have very inclusive parties. I do believe parties; I’ve studied revolutions, peaceful revolutions, and – give us bread, but give us roses. The great resistances to great tyrannies often used joy and dance and song and gathering happily in community to break down the monolith, including the ideological monolith of tyranny.

So I would say, we’re having parties. And I’m trying to kind of find somewhere to worship, and have a party and invite people from all walks of life, all sexualities, open the windows if people are worried, whatever. But I think that when people gather, they realize that there are intelligent views on all sides and also they realize that we’ve been manipulated with fear at a level that circumstances don’t warrant.

I’m not saying take insane risks. But you know, certainly gathering in a way that you’re comfortable with, with your risk level, that you’re as an adult, you’re make your own decisions about is really important. So please, please do so. 

Alright. I hope that was a good answer. It’s hard for me to know, cause I can’t see your faces.

So there’s a rally. And Nikki in Kansas is saying people can gather. Oregon Coast. Carmella’s looking for folks in New Jersey. I can hook you up with some freedom ladies in New Jersey, Carmella, if you don’t get a response on this chat. Brenda loves Warroom with Bannon. 

You know, that’s such an interesting example. My conversations with Steve Bannon, because as a liberal or at least from the liberal past of me, I had really been told he is like Satan incarnate. And, he’s a really decent guy; from everything I can tell and he understands the big picture. But more importantly, we’ve had these discussions over the last six months. We don’t agree on a ton of policy outcomes. We don’t agree. But it makes me remember that America where people could totally disagree and have a wonderful conversation and find common cause on many fundamentals. 

And I want – Daily Clout should be a community where we can bring that back.

So one of the other things I wanted to suggest in addition to finding like-minded people in the freedom front is when you gather, and we’ll facilitate this at Daily Clout and other ways, think about  finding someone who you think is the opposite of you ideologically and having tea with that person or coffee and just having a peaceful conversation. We really want to bring that back. I think it’ll do a lot to heal this country. 

All right. Siri is saying, “Can you help the first responders in Massachusetts? The state of tyrannical Baker.” That’s really important. I did a speech in New York to support the first responders there. I’m very worried about what’s happening in Massachusetts. We live part-time in Massachusetts. Yeah, I mean, we’ll do everything we can. Siri, if you put specifics, I’ll look at the link of course, after this event, but if you put the specifics of what you’re asking in the chat. We can try to shine a light. We can try to send people to donate. But mostly we need to do in Massachusetts, in New York, what people have been doing in other states, which is show that there’s a huge political downside to these tyrannical measures. And that there are going to be prosecutions and there are going to be investigations. There are going to be subpoenas. 

Alright. “Los Angeles is how I imagined East Germany was before the wall fell.” Emily, you’re exactly right. Jennifer points out that people of color were labeled unclean in the segregation era. That’s true. And Jews were labeled unclean. There’s a long history of the targeted group being called infectious or unclean. Yeah. Anne said “I was working at a children’s hospital. During that time they blamed children for awhile. It was crazy and Fauci’s using the same playbook as far as the drug of choice being fear.” Right.

Oh, excellent. Theresa says there’s a Sunday rally at Columbus Circle. And Emily rightly asks, “Is there a way to capture the chat messages so that we can later follow up with like-minded people?” And I will leave the answer to that to Craig? 

Craig Klein: Yeah, we definitely will. We’ll find a way to do that.

Dr. Naomi Wolf: Fantastic. Oh, thank you. Carmela rightly says, “I think we need to organize using multiple strategies: meetings, peaceful protests, letter writing (with multiple signatures), schedules of consistent, persistent movement.” A thousand percent correct. And we’re building, well you’re going to get a treat because Craig has some tools to show you that we’re building that will do exactly that.

So, Craig, I think in about four or five minutes, I should wrap up the Q and A as long as I’ve spoken to everybody’s main themes we’re seeing here. And I’m going to leave time for Craig to show you these amazing tools we’re building so that you can be even more easily effective as a mass movement and also safe, right? Because you can be de-platformed at any moment. As you know, exhibit number one, if you say the wrong thing on Facebook or Twitter.

Michael asks, “Are you coordinating at all with CHD, Highwire, NVIC, et cetera?” So the answer is yes. We did have a partnership with CHD in which we did shine a light on what they were doing and coordinated with them in a lot of ways. I have been on Highwire as a guest. And we did interview NVIC, but I think you guys are, rightly – it’s a very smart group here. I mean, people are smart generally – but a very clued-in group you’re surfacing, and I wish I could hear your voices and we’ll work on that for the next one. You’re surfacing the fact that we need, like literally, we’re in combat and peaceful combat. And we need strategic direction to mobilize and organize, and all these groups should be coordinated and not duplicating efforts. And all these citizens on the ground should be meeting, and communicating, and not duplicating efforts. 

So we at Daily Clout are absolutely committed, which is why we’ve been building these tools to being a place where you can get together with other groups, tell people about other groups, not reinvent the wheel. I’m a big believer in alliances and strategic partnerships. And I also really want to say, this comes from my life on the left where so many good movements ran aground. When you ally, you don’t have to agree with another group on everything. I just really want to stress that. If you’ve got a strategic goal, like no vaccine mandates, or take masks off of kids, or restore our constitution. Don’t get hung up on whether this religious group doesn’t agree with you about abortion, or this chamber of commerce group doesn’t agree with you about environmentalism, just ally strategically.

On that one goal. You can agree to disagree on the other things. You can have a drink and a chat about them. But don’t make the mistake and be aware that infiltrators are being sent to undermine this movement, just like they were sent to undermine Occupy and other movements forever. But this one is super targeted. 

You know, don’t let yourselves be distracted. As the Civil Rights Movement said, keep your eyes on the prize. If someone seems divisive, if someone’s causing trouble, move around them, stay positive, stay aligned with a goal, stay civil, and you’ll be able to be incredibly effective and learn a lot. Like I literally learned more from people I don’t agree with and people I do. And then, I agree with some of them after I’ve talked to them. 

Oh, interesting. James says, “One thing that’s made it so easy to ostracize us is the propaganda emphasis on this being a ‘Christian Conservative’ issue, even though I don’t believe this is the case.” James, amen to that, as one might say. I’m amazed about this. Like Dr. Fauci, as a journalist, Dr. Fauci is just lying about gain of function research. He’s just lying. And if you do two minutes of real journalism, you realize that. But it’s constantly like: Conservatives are attacking Fauci. The far right doesn’t like Fauci. Conservatives have this freedom thing. 

This is a strategy. These people are operating above the heads of all of us at a partisan level. And they’ve figured out that by demonizing liberty, calling liberty a far-Right Conservative thing, it will marginalize middle America and make people like me or people who are more moderate, not want to align with them or smear the logic. Right? Make it seem like fanatical, anti-science, white people. 

It’s a tactic. And so try to not get drawn in. At another time, I’ll give everyone media training, which is pretty easy. And so when you’re in debate, you’ll learn how to not get dragged on to saying, “Well, no, I’m not a white supremacist. No, I’m not an insane Christian fanatic.” Or maybe, “Well, I do have deeply held religious beliefs, but…” and then you go back to sharing the information that you want to share. 

But I guess what I would say just right now, is this is definitely a tactic. And that’s why a platform like ours, one thing I would say is right for us, right?

Do your own videos. We will publish them. Write letters to us. We reach 240,000 people every time we post something on social media. And we have about 55,000 monthly views, hard to tell exactly. And we send content out to 200 news outlets. 

YOU be the media, right?

Like turn on your phone and have your say, even just an opinion. You don’t have to be an expert. Just share your thoughts for five minutes. Send it to Breeauna. And she will run it. Write an 800 word blog. We have information about how to do that. We will run it. So the more we get the word out and show our faces, we come from all walks of life, the harder it is to stigmatize this as a far Right Wing movement. 

And I just want to say, I think we’ve been really successful in the last six months. It has gone by so many people showing their faces as caring about Liberty and not being coerced. It has gone from being easily marginalized to harder to marginalize.

Amy says, thank you. Bless you. James… There’s so many good questions, I feel like, oh, with nine minutes, I should stop talking now. I want to thank you all so much. I want to turn it over to Craig to show you the tools that we have. And I’m here for you, and we’re here for you. And I just want to sign off. You guys have been incredibly good.

Craig Klein: Thanks Naomi. And thank you to everybody else. It’s just really heartwarming to see. I feel like everyone on this call just is looking for a way to help. Right? To help. And you stem the tide or turn the tide or whatever you want to say. 

And just so everybody knows, you’re looking at Naomi and Breeauna there, and there’s a few writers in the background that help and contribute to Daily Clout. But on a day-to-day basis, you see all the great information that’s coming out on Daily Clout. And pretty much these two ladies are responsible for it. So they are working their butts off to bring you the truth about what’s really going on. And my feeling is that all the questions and the discussions we had about why, why are so many people sort of not – the light’s not going on, right?

That’s it, because they’re just not hearing the truth. They’re not hearing the information. 

So that’s why we wanted to show you what I’m about to show you. Which is our new campaigns feature that Naomi has been working on, I think probably dreaming about for years and working very hard on for months and months.

And the whole idea is to not limit what’s on Daily Clout to what Breeauna and Naomi and a few other Daily Clout team members can put together. But to let YOU publish on Daily Clout yourself. 

Because there was so much that came through the chat here about rallies that are happening this weekend and so on, right? That needs to be out there. It needs to be on Daily Clout. And very soon you’ll be able to put it there yourself. 

That’s what we’re calling campaigns, where you can create your own campaign and make it live on Daily Clout. 

So I’m just gonna quickly show you. These are just some generic examples, but you’ll be able to post your images and videos and things and create individual posts with links to your events and things like that. And it will be all up to you. 

Hopefully within the next 30 to 60 days, we will be releasing that. But it’s taken a lot of work. It’s taken a lot of time and it’s cost a lot of money and it’s going to continue to cost a lot of money. I saw some people posting about moving off of Facebook and Twitter as kind of a part of the strategy.

Well, what Daily Clout wants to do with campaigns is allow you to draw your Facebook audience to your campaign on Daily Clout. So that’s part of the strategy, you know? Now let me go… Also, I wanted to make sure everybody knows that we’ve updated BillCam and Daily Clout Blog so that now any bill you go to on Bill Cam, you can just click the Gettr link and it’s going to pull up your profile and you can add some text or whatever to this post and then just post it on Gettr. So it’s so awesome that you’re kind of acting like your own lobbyist, right? 

And then you can also go to blogs on Daily Clout and now that same Gettr button is there too. So, if you want to mention something about one of these blogs, you just hit the little Gettr button, just like you would for Facebook or Twitter. So now we can start to share what we want to share without sending people to Twitter and Facebook and things like that. So that’s super easy. And that’s available now. 

Also for those of you who are part of an organization where you may have a website, we can even now embed BillCam in your website, so that the bills that are relevant to whatever issues your organization is focused on can be right there on a webpage in your site.

So all of that’s available now. We’ll be releasing a mobile app next year, which will be sort of a follow-on to the campaigns. And very soon, next year, we’re going to be starting to organize some boycott lists and not just boycott and like who not to buy from, but if you’re buying from say Amazon, here’s 10 other companies that we recommend that are just as good or better or whatever. So that’s all coming. 

And what we need from you guys now is to support the cost. Number one, Naomi talked about this earlier. Dr. Ealy, Dr. McCullough with Stand for Health Freedom, they are doing (whoops sorry, wrong link. Let me see if I can get that right.) They’re doing great work convening grand juries related to the misinformation about COVID and the vaccine. And they’re having tremendous success. 

All you gotta do is go to this link and sign the petition here. And that they’re using that to get the grand jury – basically, the way it works is if you get enough signatures in your state on a petition, the grand jury has to do something. So please sign the petition. You’re going to get these links in an email later, along with the recording of the video. 

Help out Parents Rights for Education. It’s a great organization. They have chapters in many states around the country, and you can join your local chapter. They have instructions. If you want to get involved in your school board and your local area, they’ve got this great set of just here’s what you want to do. Here’s what you want to say. Here’s what you want to look for. They’ve mapped it all out for you. It’s a really great resource. So help those guys out.

Breeauna Sagdal: Yeah. So I just, again, I would like to thank everybody for joining us and I’d really appreciate it if you guys could add in the chat some specific deliverables that we can provide to you. I know there’s been a lot of requests about you know, how can I fight back specific things, legal things.

We can work with our lawyers and we can try to provide either lists of exemptions or put together policies by state. But really it would help us to know how we can best and most effectively support you guys. Perhaps it would help if we did a bill analysis. Maybe once a month we reviewed policy either from a school board or say there’s a bill that is potentially going to pass in your state, and you really need support in getting the word out and having that bill broken down where you can take that video and then share it with your neighbors. So they don’t think you’re crazy. But instead, they’re having a step-by-step breakdown of what that policy will actually look like when it is implemented.

I think that’s been one of the most effective tools that I have seen work where an individual does an analysis on a piece of policy itself and then maps out the way that it will be implemented in various different agencies and how that will affect an individual’s day-to-day life. 

So then you’re taking out the hysteria or the fears and concerns and you’re just addressing the legalities of it. So you can discuss apples to apples. Right? We want to try and do this at least once a month, maybe more often. And you guys give us some feedback and we’ll try to focus on the things that matter to you all. Clearly the meetup aspect of things is important. There was a lot of questions about that in the chat. And that’s part of what we see this campaigns platform that I talked about enabling is. We can create – I’m in Houston, so we could have a Houston Daily Clout Campaign, and meetups associated with that, and Houston related information and things like that.

But you guys let us know in this poll what you care about. And if it’s not on the poll, if I didn’t think about it, but you have a better idea, put in the chat and we’re going to be scheduling our next event hopefully for within the next 30 or 45 days with the holidays and everything. Maybe sooner.

Breeauna Sagdal: Thank you, Craig. And I might add, alternatives to big tech, I think is a little bit vague. So people might misinterpret that as an alternative to social media, for example. So I’d just like to elaborate very quickly. When we’re talking about big tech, we’re talking about the centralization of all technology, the internet of things, if you will, or more specifically the internet of bodies as that is then this next phase that we are staring down the barrel of.

So alternatives to big tech would be ways that we can help empower you to decentralize your, or to help with defy platforms and decentralization of say Bitcoin or a data IDs or something along those lines where individuals can find out which companies are providing individualized technology versus state technology.

I think we just need to have like maybe, you know what, Craig, we might just need to have a webinar in general sort of outlining the differences between centralized and decentralized data and technology. Because this is like this huge thing that nobody’s even discussing at this point. 

Craig Klein: Yeah, for sure. I mean, the reason that Twitter or Facebook has so much power is because they have all of our data in their hands.

And so we’ve got to break that up somehow. Decentralize it. You know, what I like to think about is that, if you think about what makes America so great. What’s so brilliant about the constitution? It’s decentralization. Is that all the power is not in Washington, DC. Some of it’s in the states, and some of it’s in the cities, and there’s three separate branches of government. So there’s just, they worked very hard to decentralize powers. 

Well, it’s the same thing with information. We’re going to have to build a world where information is decentralized and therefore no one can dominate or have too much power based on the power of that information. 

Breeauna Sagdal: Yeah, absolutely.

And just going back to some of these questions really quick, and I know we need to wrap because we’re over time. Emily asks, what type of submissions am I seeking? If you have wanted to write, or if you kept wanting to get involved in journalism, just send me a piece. And I’ll go over it. And if there’s anything that I can help develop, I would be so glad to do that. 

There is something that’s happened in this country where individuals are no longer capable of critical thinking, let alone reading comprehension or writing skills. And so if we can, as Daily Clout, if we can help develop another generation of ethical journalists, then we’ll have made this world a better place. Because the media is truly the fourth branch of government and we need to have good journalists who have morals and ethics and can write. So please send me whatever you have, even if you don’t think that it would be, even if you don’t think it’s perfect by any means. Just send it to me and let me take a look.

Oh, another question Sylvia asks is that, so she’s in Florida and she says, how can she support people in other states? Because there’s not a lot of traction in Florida as it is such a free state. And I understand that. Being in South Dakota, we moved your family from Oregon to South Dakota, fleeing. I have found myself in that same boat because people have this mindset that this will never happen in South Dakota. And so Sylvia I would highly suggest creating a group, getting in contact with others and really staying focused in Florida because there is no place on the face of this planet that is impervious to the policies that are affecting those states that we have fled from, or that we are watching in the headlines at this moment. So stay diligent. 

Craig Klein: Yeah. Yeah, for sure. That’s one of the most exciting things I see happening next year is just – think globally, act local, right? That’s what they used to say. Well, that’s what we need to start doing is, it’s happening at the school boards. It needs to start happening at city hall. It needs to start happening at the state house. You know, we all need to come together locally and exercise our power at that level where it has much more leverage. 

Well, okay, so we’ve gone over and we really appreciate everyone’s time and your input and your contributions to Daily Clout and all of the efforts that we’re all focused on here. So thank you all very much. 

I think in 50 years we’re going to look back on this moment as a turning point. And everybody that’s part of this call is pivotal in that turning point in the momentum that’s being created. So this is meaningful. We are making a difference as Naomi shared earlier.

You know, there’s things that are much better with regards to vaccine passports and mandates today than they were 30 or 60 days ago. So we just have to maintain our focus, get more people involved and we will win.
